If you knew us as Memphis Invest, Premier Property Management, or PPMG of Texas, you are in the right place.

Our story began in Memphis in 2003, helping investors build portfolios of single-family homes. As we grew, we built the property management teams and local relationships to support those homes and the people who live in them.

Today, investing, property management, and realty come together under the REI Nation name. Family-owned, with the same commitment to service that shaped our beginning.

  1. 2003The Clothier family begins building the business in Memphis.
  2. 2009Premier Property Management is founded to serve the company’s investment clients.
  3. 2020Memphis Invest becomes REI Nation as the business expands across markets.
  4. 2026Premier Property Management and PPMG of Texas adopt the REI Nation name.
